OUR SERVICES
The Home Buyer Inspection Service includes:

• 350+ items inspected, which include various components of the exterior, roof, structure, interior, plumbing, electrical, insulation, ventilation, heating and A/C
• Free radon sampling
• Carbon monoxide and combustible gas detection
• Moisture content analysis
• Detailed computer-generated inspection report, printed on-site

PRICE
Safeguard Home Inspection charges a flat fee based on home value* as follows:

• $350 for all homes valued up to $400,000
• $400 for homes valued from $400,000-$500,000
• $500 for homes valued from $500,000-$600,000
• $600 for homes valued from $600,000-$700,000
• $700 for homes valued from $700,000-$900,000
• $950 for all homes valued at $1 million or above

*The home value is based on the historical value of the property, using past sales and/or county appraisals, not necessarily the present sales price which may be affected by foreclosures and short sales.

DISCOUNTS

Price reductions will be applied to the above fees under these circumstances*:

• $50 off homes built on slabs
• $50 off townhomes
• $100 offf high-rise condos
• $50 discount for active military, first responders and clergy

*Only one discount will be applied for each property inspected

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We are pleased to offer the following options not included in the standard service package:

• Radon testing and lab analysis ($100 for official 2-day test)
• Mold Spore testing and lab analysis ($100 per sample)
• Lead and asbestos testing ($50 per sample).
• Re-inspection with updated report, within 60 days of original inspection ($75)
