CERTIFIED INSPECTORS

Our inspectors are trained and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), code-certified by the International Code Council (ICC) and hold membership in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We uphold the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest level of integrity.

The president of our company, Rob Golden, served as the president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Home Inspectors. In addition, he has earned the designation of CRI (Certified Real Estate Inspector), the highest achievable status within the National Association of Home Inspectors, based on continuing education, test scores and total number of inspections performed. As of 2021 Rob Golden has performed more than 6,000 inspections.

We are a locally owned and operated company, serving the north metro Atlanta area including Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee and Gwinnett. The highlighted circle in the map below shows our primary service region. We will service beyond that zone whenever feasible.

HOURS OF OPERATION

At Safeguard Home Inspection we answer calls any time, every day.. Inspections are performed seven days a week. We'll do our best to accomodate YOUR busy schedule.
