OUR SERVICES
The Home Buyer Inspection Service includes:

• 350+ items inspected, including grounds, exterior, roof, structure, interior, plumbing, electrical, insulation, ventilation, heating and air, appliances and much more.
• Carbon monoxide and combustible gas detection
• Radon Sampling (an accurate indicator to determine if a 2-day test is necessary)
• Detailed inspection report, with photos produced on site

PRICE
Safeguard Home Inspection charges a flat fee based on home value* as follows:

• $400 for all homes less than 3,000 square feet
• $500 for homes 3,000-4,000 square feet
• $100 for each additional 1,000 square feet

  *Square footage is calculated as the finished plus unfinished space in the home

  DISCOUNTS:**

• $50 discount for townhomes.
• $50 discount for homes on slabs (no basement/no crawl space).
• $50 discount for active military and first responders.
• $100 discount for high-rise condos.

  **Only one discount will be applied per property

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
